IPCO introduces digital configuration tool 

IPCO will present its new Rotoform Configurator at Sulphur + Sulphuric Acid 2026 in Berlin, Germany, on 3–5 November. Designed to support the specification of sulphur solidification equipment, the digital tool guides customers through their project requirements step by step, helping establish a clearer basis for equipment selection and quotation. For sulphur producers and project teams, defining requirements early is central to selecting equipment suited to the application. The Rotoform Configurator brings a structured approach to this process, supporting more accurate specifications and greater transparency between customers and IPCO. It also helps address reliability, safety and environmental compliance requirements from the outset. The tool supports the specification of IPCO’s Rotoform sulphur solidification technology, which has more than 750 installations worldwide.

Alexander Wolf, Global Segment Manager Chemicals at IPCO, will explain the tool’s role in project development during his presentation on Wednesday 4 November. The presentation will explore how digital configuration can shorten the route to quotation, improve collaboration and help translate application requirements into a tailored processing solution.
