AM Green wins €585 million ammonia deal

India’s green ammonia developer AM Green has secured a 10-year agreement worth at least €585 million ($664 million) with Hintco, the trading arm of H2Global. Under the deal, Hintco will purchase renewable ammonia from AM Green’s Kakinada project for delivery to Germany, starting in 2029.
AM Green was selected as the sole winner of the Asian lot in H2Global’s auction. The award was announced on 30 September. The company’s offer ranked first following a competitive bidding process.
