Siemens Energy and Techint awarded Mexico methanol

US methanol and hydrogen developer Transition Industries has signed a definitive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreement for the electrolyser plant at its Pacifico Mexinol project.
The contract is with German energy technology group Siemens Energy and Techint Engineering & Construction (Techint E&C), an engineering and construction contractor headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The plant, at about 210 MW, is in Sinaloa, Mexico.
